Accounts Assistant / Nottingham / Part-time / £25,000 to £30,000

Macildowie are pleased to be working with a business based in Nottingham who are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant.

This is an office based, part time role for (24-26 hours a week). They are offering a great benefits package and a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and positive finance experience individual with a self-starting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Bank reconciliation
• Cashbook / cashbook reconciliation
• Monthly cash flow forecasting
• Sales ledger management
• Purchase ledger management
• P32 / CIS payment run
• Completion of VAT Returns
• NW one card reconciliation
• Nominal code checks

Requirements:

• AAT Student or qualified by experience.
• Excellent IT skills are essential.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• A team player with a flexible working attitude.
• Self-motivated and ability to work under their own initiative.
• Experience of using Sage Accounts essential.
• Construction Industry Scheme experience desirable
