REED in Teesside are currently recruiting for a Billingham based client who are looking to recruit a full time, permanent Administrator to join their small team.

My client can be flexible with working hours to suit your needs, this is working across a 40 hour week (again, depending on the candidate preference this could be part time) across a 5 day week, this is office based – they cannot offer hybrid working or working from home.

Benefits include free onsite car parking and casual dress – holidays are 25 days plus BH which would be pro rata as the holiday year runs from January – December.

Key duties:

• First point of call for all incoming enquiries• Setting up files on the system• Using a digital system to track and log jobs• Setting up contracts on the system• Keeping records updated• Creating project packs for all contracts• To work alongside and support other departments• Processing purchase orders• Filing of invoices and statements

The suitable candidate will have:

• 2 or more years’ experience working in construction is not essential but is advantageous when undertaking tasks comparable to the role.• A confident, friendly, and approachable team player able to work to strict deadlines in a busy environment and willing to always help others.• High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills to manage workload.• Competent working with MS Office and Excel and outlook.• Self-motivated
