Remuneration: £35,000 – £55,000 + overtimeBenefits: Company van + comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Air Conditioning Engineer will involve:

• Air Conditioning Engineer role dealing with all planned preventative maintenance, repairs and installation of air conditioning systems into commercial and domestic sectors
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the help desk
• Projects will include full electrical & mechanical planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, minor building repairs, plumbing works including drainage and other general duties to support the client’s requirements
• Close and update all tasks on internal maintenance system
• Ensuring that all H&S procedures are adhered to at all times
• Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works
• Regular on call rota to cover any site emergencies
• Ensure that standards are maintained in order to maximise the efficiency of operations
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times to encourage repeat business

The ideal applicant will be an Air Conditioning Engineer with:

• Must have engineering experience within the HVAC market sector
• Previous experience working within a maintenance service provider
• Ideally will have a bias towards Air Conditioning and Mechanical engineering
• Must have F-Gas qualification
• Ideally will have City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration
• Good knowledge of H&S practices
• Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
• Must be a hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in
• Good technical understanding of air conditioning systems
• High levels of organisation
• Full UK driving license
• Ambitious individual who wants to build a career
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
