Architectural Technician / Technologist (Intermediate to Senior Level)

Location: Warrington

Salary expectations: £32,000 – £42,000 dependent on experience

My client is looking for 2-3 technical staff to join their dynamic and innovative team based in Warrington. A multi-disciplinary team consisting of around 30 industry professionals who work across residential, commercial, education, logistics and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate can expect no shortage of unique and creative projects to work on.

An ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. It is essential that the candidate has experience working on large-scale projects.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist/Technician:

• Substantial experience in a UK-based practice
• Proficient in Revit
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to produce high quality work drawings and technical designs
• Previous experience leading a small team if you are currently at a Senior level
• A degree/HND/HNC or equivalent in an Architectural/Construction based subject
• Strong organizational skills
• Exposure to running jobs if you’re currently at Senior level
