Benefits: £350 – £400 car allowance + comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Area Sales Manager – Ventilation Products will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality distributed range of ventilation products and systems
• Focusing on social housing, local authorities and new build projects such as: office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc
• All of you time will be spent selling to M&E contractors, M&E consultants, architects, installers and specifers
• Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships
• Targeted to achieve circa £250k, can be flexible on this depending your experience
• Dealing with typical projects of around £5k – £50k+ depending on the size of the project
• Will get great internal support from Director and the team

The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager – Ventilation Products with:

• Ideally from a technical construction field sales background
• Would consider someone “on the tools looking to step into field sales”
• Would consider someone working in internal sales looking to step out on the road
• Would consider a graduate from university doing a construction or architects related subject
• Ideally HVAC product related experience for example: ventilation products, ventilation systems, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units, boilers, radiators, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units,
• Ideally have a demonstrable track record selling via social housing, local authorities, building services consultants, M&E consultants, housing developers, specifiers OR selling to M&E contractors, main contractor and sub-contractors
• Genuine hunger and desire to achieve
• Dynamic ‘go getter’ and not a ‘plodder’
• Results orientated, energetic
• A team player who is highly organised
