Contracts Manager-Whatjobs Joshua Robert are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s largest Property Developers We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a number of new residential developments in Birmingham. Birmingham developments include a RC Frame high-rise residential project and a student accommodation scheme in the city centre. The successful Contracts Manager will be managing established teams comprising of Construction Managers, M&E Managers, Design Coordinators and Quantity Surveyors. In addition to developing the site team, you will manage a site workforce capable of constructing the Homes product in a safe and diligent manner to the exacting high standards of our Brand on time and in line with the budgeted costs. This will also include reporting to the Managing Director any risks, opportunities, and any mitigation strategies to maintain the project completion dat The ideal candidate will have experience working in the capacity of Contracts Manager, Project Director or similar. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, so experience in this ormanaging multiple schemes on a large project is crucial.This is a great opportunity and comes with an excellent salary and package.
