Location: Waterloo, SE1

Venn Group are currently looking to recruit a Repairs Officer on a social housing contract for an immediate start.

Day to day duties include:

• Diagnosing repairs
• Pre and post inspections
• Raising jobs
• Advising contractors and tenants
• Dealing with damp, mould and condensation
• Tenancy audits
• Property condition checks
• Approving invoices
• Repairs administration

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in social housing repairs
