Building Surveyor – South Wales – 6 Months

A Local Authority based in South Wales is looking for an interim Building Surveyor for a minimum period of 6 months.

Requirements:

– Experience with Social Housing Building Surveying

– Experience in working with Disabled Adaptations and to be able to advise on applicant needs for ramps, stairlifts, access, showers, handrails, conversions etc

– Have experience carrying out the process from start to finish, and acting as a Clerk of Works to inspect the progress and quality of Jobs
