The Role:
As a Business Area Manager, you will be handling leads and selling floor solutions through specification into architects, designers and contractors, following through with the contractors to achieve maximum value for each project.
Promote and achieve specification of our client’s wide range of commercial products.
You will build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients and new business to maximise sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Territory covers the following postcodes: HA, NW, N, WD, AL, HP, OX, LU, MK, SG, NN.
Benefits:
Up to £48k Basic Salary.
Monthly commission – circa. £25k OTE (fully uncapped).
Additional quarterly bonus – product related.
23 days holiday plus Banks Holidays, company pension, private healthcare,

The Ideal Person:
You will be a highly-motivated self-starter that genuinely enjoys exceeding targets and working in a fast paced sales environment.
The ideal candidate will have significant sales experience with architects, designers, local authorities and specification contractors within the prescribed region.
Applications are also invited from individuals with a strong-track record of selling into contractors in the interior design space.
You will ideally have experience using Glenigan, similar lead and CRM systems.
Disciplined in completing paperwork and managing your diary.
Full UK Driving licence is essential, must live on or close to sales territory.
