Job Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Commercial
Overall Purpose of Role:
To develop and execute a sales strategy for promoting in Yorkshire and beyond, targeting new areas, sourcing new sales, achieving targets, managing key customers, promoting the program, and ensuring compliance.
This role also offers uncapped commission.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Implementing sales strategy
- Identifying and researching new areas to target
- Sourcing new sales
- Achieving targets and KPIs aligned with the company business plan
- Managing key customers
- Keeping CRM up-to-date
- Updating market and industry intelligence
- Marketing and promoting
- Updating industry knowledge through ongoing training
- Understanding NMRU and RPA
- Ensuring proper use of company systems
- Completing and storing required company documentation
Other General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and report risks to the HSEQ Team.
- Respect workplace and the environment.
- Handle data safely and in accordance with GDPR and Data Protection requirements.

Person Specification:
Skills & Experience Required:
- Sales and business development in schools
- Negotiation
- Managerial/supervisory experience
- FMCG experience
- Excellent IT skills
Knowledge:
- Legal compliance
Education:
- Secondary education
