The Role of the Commercial Manager:

• This company is a manufacture of medical training products for healthcare professionals and students worldwide.

• Selling Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Urology, as well as continuing to develop products for Laparoscopic Surgery medical model training products & consumables

• The commercial manager will treat this as their own business and will be selling solely to other medical device companies and charities.

• The big corporate companies will then either use their products to train internal staff on how to use their products or they will use the models to demonstrate to their customers how the products work.

• The ideal candidate will only be approaching medical device companies and charities

• This is a global role, customers work globally but based in the UK.

• Will be required to go to the office 1-2 times per week based in the south west.

The Ideal Person for the Commercial Manager:

• The ideal candidate will be someone who is used to working with big companies, blue chip organisations, preferably within the medical sector but not essential.

• You will be someone who has worked with global customers.

• Will consider someone with a medical background who has commercial experience selling business to business.

• Must have an enthusiastic, get up and go attitude, who is eager to perform and do well.

• Must hold a full UK drivers licence.

• Comfortable speaking to decision makers, directors, business managers to secure the contract.

• You will be able to hold presentations and be comfortable delivering quotations, negotiations and overcoming objections.
