The Role of the Customer Care Nurse Advisor:

• As a customer care nurse advisor you will be based with the customer care team in Nottingham.

• This role offers hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

• You will be responsible for guiding patients through the Prescription and Home Delivery Service registration process.

• Delivering welcome calls for newly registered patients and providing support, information and education to people with Laryngectomy or Tracheostomy in their first 6 months post surgery.

• You will develop excellent relationships with patients and their families and work closely with clinicians.

• Field visits may be required as a first initial visit once a patient is discharged.

• Will work closely with clinicians in placing patients orders, seeking approval and prescriptions.

The Ideal Person for the Customer Care Nurse Advisor:

• Must be a UK registered nurse with a RGN/RN active pin.

• Ideally you will have nursing experience in – neck stoma, tracheostomy, laryngectomy, airway management, ENT, head and neck, theatre, ITU, HTU, CCU or A&E.

• Will consider any NHS or bank nurse without the above but must have a minimum 2 years experience.

• Must be tech savvy.

• Great at communication.

• Must have an understanding of the NHS.

• This is a very support based role, you will be required to have excellent customer service.

• Must be fluent in English.

• No driving licence required.
