Based: Amersham

Remuneration: £28,000 – £30,000 Benefits: Full Benefits Package

The role of the Customer Service Administrator – HVAC Products will involve:

• Customer Service Administrator role dealing with a high quality range of manufactured ventilation and cooling systems such as: air handling units, natural ventilation, natural daylight systems, heat recovery units, diffusers, louvres, grills, ancillaries
• Office based initially, once passing the probation period you have the option of hybrid working 3 times a week
• Processing orders and entering them onto the internal software system
• Dealing with and managing inbound telephone calls and emails
• Liaising with customers to ensure their expectations are met and their products are delivered on time
• Creating despatch notes, invoices and credit notes whilst completing credit card transactions
• Ensuring all financial matters relating to projects are accurate, this includes account status, billings and payments
• Maintain all accurate information is placed on the internal software system
• Carrying out all other admin requirements as and when necessary

The ideal applicant will be Customer Service Administrator – HVAC Products with:

• Must have 2 years’ experience within a customer service OR administration role previously
• Ideally have experience with using SAGE software
• Demonstrable experience of dealing and liaising with customers
• Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Excel ability
• Good telephone manner and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Stable career track record
• Genuine enthusiasm and ambition to succeed
• Organised and self motivated
