We are hiring for a Customer Service Advisor that has experience of resolving customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor

In this role you will be taking inbound calls to resolve customer queries. Some of the job duties include:

• Answering any customer questions via phone and emails
• Escalating issues to the team leader if required
• Ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date
• Carrying out general administration tasks

Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you need to have the following:

• Experience of working in a similar environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• A friendly and approachable personality

It would be beneficial to the Customer Service Advisor role if you also had

• Strong organisation skills
• Knowledge of CRM software
