Remuneration: £40,000 – £55,000neg + Discretionary BonusBenefits: Full Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of the Estimator – Flat Roofing will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with high quality flat roofing contract services specialising in single ply
• Interpreting technical drawings and generating quotations
• Producing formal quotations to customers
• Assisting the Contracts Manager with allocating budgets and ensuring that these are met
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors and assessing the risk level associated with a project
• Producing estimates for projects varying in value from £1k up to circa £2m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Flat Roofing with:

• Must have estimating experience within in the flat roofing market sector
• Must have single-ply experience
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• High attention to detail and good organisation skills
• Commercially aware
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Confident and articulate

• Ability to work individually and within a team
