VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading Hospitality Group with the recruitment of a General Manager who will become part of a modern organisation that has been continually growing, and one that has been regenerating some of the best hospitality spots in Northern Ireland. This is one of the most interesting Hospitality Manager roles about!

This is a Permanent – Full-time position (Variable hours Manager chooses their own hours) – Place of work is based in South Belfast.

Salary

£35,000 – £42,000 + Bonus (£2,000 Bonus + Christmas Bonus) + Phone & Some of the Best Employee benefits on the market

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day operations of the venue.
• Oversee growth and development off the business.
• Build and develop/manage a strong team within the venue.
• Develop & maintain professional relationships with customers & corporate clients.
• Create, implement & maintain standard operating procedures for your team.
• Oversee & liaise with the kitchen team.
• Manage training & development for staff within the venue.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Manage deliveries, stock & GPs with the company Stock Controller
• Take responsibility for all financial aspects of the business
• Manage technology software & equipment within venue.
• Comply, manage & keep up to date with licensing legislation.
• Enforce health & safety & fire safety procedures.
• Oversee all aspects of service for food & beverage.
• Oversee entertainment within the venue.
• Develop & maintain relationships with suppliers & brands.
• Work with the marketing team work to promote and drive the business and its offerings.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Management experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience in Hospitality industry
• Experience in similar role in a Managerial/Team Leader capacity
