The Role:

As the Head of Grounds, you will be entrusted with the stewardship of the fantastic grounds. This is not merely a job; it’s an opportunity to shape the physical heart of the college, ensuring it remains a place of inspiration, growth, and well-being for students, staff, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead a dedicated team of groundskeepers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Grounds Maintenance: Oversee the care and maintenance of extensive grounds, ensuring they remain safe, attractive, and environmentally sustainable.
• Projects: Drive innovative projects to enhance our grounds, from landscaping improvements to sustainable initiatives.
• Health & Safety: Ensure the highest standards of health and safety in all grounds-related activities.
