As an HRBP, you will be a key point of advice and support for managers and colleagues regarding people processes, policies and employee relations queries and will also work closely with the wider HR Team to support key People initiatives and projects. Strong communication skills and a fundamental understanding of the role of an HR Team will be essential to successKey Responsibilities Managing senior stakeholders in our business, understanding challenges and opportunities for teams to work at their best across key objectivesCollaborating within our team to develop people plans for areas that involve learning and development, talent and succession, diversity and inclusion, and colleague well-beingLeading HR-related projects on organisation, business change and transformationAdvising our colleagues and stakeholders to think broadly about how they can enhance their own team’s performances and improve business output and activityBeing a key point of contact within our business to provide support to our people advisors providing guidance and effective management of ER and managerial related issuesThis is a remote-based role, with occasional travel into our head office is based in Crick, Northamptonshire, as well as other specialist business units when requiredYou: You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and agile approach to problem solving. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider HR team and you’ll be committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.Skills and competencies Previous HR Generalist experienceExperience in supporting the delivery and implementation of people projects and initiatives, managing various senior stakeholders at any one timeBags of drive and energy to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a real passion for all things People and HRUnderstanding of current HR practices/trends and up-to-date employment law knowledgeAlthough it is not essential, it may be beneficial to be studying towards or already have a CIPD qualificationIt is likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: HR Advisor, HR Generalist, People Advisor, HR Assistant, Assistant HR Business Partner, HR Coordinator, Building Industry, Construction and Trade industry, FMCG, Retail or SupermarketsDon’t meet every single requirement?
