Remuneration: £55,000 – £65,000 + project related bonusBenefits: Car Allowance (£450 p/m) + Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Project Manager – HVAC will involve:

• Project manager role managing numerous air conditioning, ventilation and chiller projects predominantly dealing with the health and education sector
• Meeting with clients, assessing works and producing quotes for required works
• Preparation of project hand over documents
• Liaising with main client, engineers, suppliers and other external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of all projects
• Producing health and safety documentation for all projects
• Identify and keep on top of any risks, ensuring these are documented
• Dealing with reactive enquiries for projects
• Process orders of materials & equipment to ensure they are delivered to site on time and only there for required period
• Managing projects ranging in value from £1k to £250k

The ideal applicant will be an Project Manager – HVACwith:

• Must have Project Management / Contracts Management within the HVAC market sector
• Ideally will have a bias towards Air Conditioning and Mechanical projects
• Good knowledge of H&S practices
• People management skills
• Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
• Financial awareness
• Must be a hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in
• Good technical understanding of air conditioning systems
• High levels of organisation
• Full UK driving license
• Ambitious individual who wants to build a career
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
