UK based manufacturer of windows and doors is looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join the management team.

Established over 15 years ago, they are growing quickly through referrals and inbound enquiries and are now a multi-million pound business with revenue projected to grow by 60% in the next 2 years.

They manufacture a wide range of high quality products for mid to high end residences.

Exceptional customer service levels delivered through an in-house team of surveyors and directly employed installation teams across the region.
The Role:
Installation Manager

Working from home and the London manufacturing and distribution location you will be responsible for managing and heading up eight installation teams working across the Southeast.

As well as managing the jobs on site you will also oversee the warehouse and various operational functions.

Hands on role with the expectation you will problem solve on site when necessary and engage with customers.

It is important that the Installation Manager looks for and achieves efficiency gains in the warehouse and fitting costs.

Basic Salary £60k, 10% bonus, Fully expensed work vehicle, Laptop, Phone, Pension, Expenses, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

To apply for the role of Installation Manager you will have a good grasp of window installation and are able to problem solve on sites.

Confident and assertive management style.

Computer literate and have used CRM systems previously.

Window fitters with management experience are encouraged to apply, as well as those from doors and joinery backgrounds.
