The role of the Internal Sales Executive – Electrical Products will involve:

• Internal Sales Executive position selling a wide range of manufactured electrical equipment including, enclosed switchgear, components, consumer units, enclosures, EV charging and CEE plugs and sockets
• Selling into electrical wholesalers and contractors
• Primarily dealing with inbound sales inquiries
• Processing orders, raising quotations and following up
• Elements of building and developing relationships with clients
• Assisting external sales team with management of existing customers and new customers
• Possessing a good understanding of the product range
• Responding to customer queries and providing advise
• Keeping CRM system updated with all relevant information
• Liaise with other internal departments to ensure the smooth progress of orders and timely delivery of goods

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive – Electrical Products with:

• Must have sales / admin / order processing experience within the construction industry
• Ideally will have experience dealing with wholesalers and contractors
• Ideally experienced in data input and following processes
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Experience working with software similar to Sage or Exchequer would be beneficial
• Kean learner who is prepared to learn a new product range
• Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
