The role of the Internal Sales Executive – Internal Doors will involve:

• Internal sales position selling a comprehensive range of high quality oak interior doors

• Deal with all incoming customer communications whilst ensuring an excellent customer journey
• Customer would include buying groups and builders merchants
• Getting in touch with customers frequently via phone to upsell, cross sell and manage all opportunities with repeat customers
• Manage the full sales pipeline from enquiry to order
• Managing area KPIs to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned area and update CRM system
• Ensuring customers are signed up to portal with full viability of offerings available
• Update all stockist lists to guarantee full visibility for customers on where to buy our products in your area
• Working with the external sales team

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive – Internal Doors with:

• Must have internal sales, customer service, telesales or associated background
• Must be used to a fast paced environment
• Ideally worked towards KPI’s and targets in previous role
• Ideally from the construction industry however would be open for the right person
• Must be IT literate
• Looking to progress your career
• Genuine ‘get up and go’ work ethic
• Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
