Location: Huddersfield

Remuneration: £22,000 – £23,000Benefits: Full Comprehensive Benefits Package

The role of the Internal Sales – Plumbing Products will involve:

• Internal Sales position selling a range of plumbing and pipeline products such as: tubes, pipes, fittings, valves, ancillaries, guttering and drainage
• Selling to contractors, M&E contractors, trade and end users
• Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone or email
• Processing orders
• Producing quotations
• Build and develop new customer relations
• Maintain and nurture existing relationships
• Providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrating a solid product knowledge and understanding to inform customers
• Upselling and cross selling where possible
• Full product training can be provided

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales – Plumbing Products with:

• Pre-existing knowledge of the plumbing industry is essential
• Sales experience is highly beneficial
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly organised with good time management
• Must have the right positive attitude to learn and develop
• Computer literate
