The role of the Internal Sales – Roofing will involve:

• Internal Sales position supporting the Business Development Manager with commercial roofing projects such as felt roofing, liquid roofing and pitched roofing
• Liaise with Building Surveyors, Project Managers, Main Contractors, Estate Managers and clients
• Making outbound calls/emails to potential new customers with the aim of generating new business
• Researching potential sales opportunities using social media such as LinkedIn
• 70/30 split between prospecting new business and managing current accounts
• Liaising with various teams within the business such as business development, estimating and management
• Keeping up to date with product and service information, full product training will be provided initially
• Generating sales reports and presenting to the team within sales meetings

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales – Roofing with:

• Must have 1 years sales experience (does not have to be construction related)
• A positive, outgoing person that brings passion and energy to their work
• Previous sales or call centre experience would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Driven individual who’s ready to get stuck in
• Robust and tenacious
