Job Description
Salary: Base salary: £25,250 to c.£31,600 depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer flexible benefits fund of 15% which is paid on top base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits – check them out in the Benefits section on our website.
Please note this role is based within the Phase1 team.

As a Land Assembly Assistant at HS2, you will required to undertake land assembly activities as directed to secure entry to land for each work package within the allocated contract area in accordance with the construction programme through the implementation of compulsory purchase powers.
