Revit Technician MEP – Building Services

Closely work with a multi-discipline Building Services Consultant based in Kent who are looking to bring a Revit Technician professional onto the team.

Our client provide a wealth of understanding and expertise across the Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Sustainable Services areas.

Working involvement varies from the new site phase to client handover on a range of Residential, Retail, Education, Healthcare and further projects.

The Role –

– Delivering drawings for small schemes with minimal input from Senior and above colleagues

– Dialogue with both internal and external project teams throughout design phase to ensure delivery within timescale

– Ensuring Revit standards are maintained at a high standard while remain open to continual improvement

– Close working with Senior standard colleagues on running and completion of higher-scale projects

Requirements –

– Reaching at least 2 years’ experience holding a Revit specific role professionally

– Understanding across all MEP Services and capable of producing layouts with minimal assistance

– Knowledge of BIM

Package –

– To £40k per annum

– 28 days’ holiday entitlement with 3 additional days for Christmas office closure

– CIBSE Training programmes

– Hybrid working upon completion of probation period

– Annual company pay review each summer
