Mobile Drainage Engineer – £40,000 – London

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 + Great Company Benefits (Including Van & Fuel Card)

Due to expansion & internal promotions my client has an exciting opportunity for a mobile drainage engineer to work in and around Central London for a one of the largest FM companies in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Clearing blockages and drain cleaning

Providing technical assistance and support on drainage issues

To ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and planned preventive maintenance (PPM’s) are completed within the contract defined time SLA’s & KPI’s

Fault finding and repair of drainage systems

To ensure all works are technically compliant, run smoothly, and on programme

Reactive callouts completed on time and to customer satisfaction

Participate in Drainage Callout rota

Ensure effective running of the assigned jobs

Attend callouts and complete works effectively and on time

Fill out job sheets with call out description, time taken and materials used

Carry out CCTV surveys

Carry out pipe lining to high standards

Installation of above and below ground drainage systems

High Pressure Jetting works

Sump Pump and Pit maintenance

Liaise with Help Desk on PPM works to ensure they are completed on time

Ensuring Compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Liaise with customers and tenants to ensure expectations are managed and met.

Personal Requirements:

To always present a professional image, both in the office and to clients.

High pressure Water Jetting and Handheld Mechanical Drain clearing Experience advantage essential

Some knowledge of basic Plumbing

Must Have relevant experience in a similar role

Hold a full UK driving licence

CSCS Card , WJA Jetting , NRSWA and Confined Space training a distinct advantage

Will be required to undertake further training to enhance skills
