Dawson Levy are proud to be recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Trade Operative to work on MOD contract based in Catterick.

Your day to day jobs will vary which is why you need to have good knowledge of different trades such as Carpentry, Plumbing, patch Plastering, Tiling, and Decorating.

Relevant experience

Desirable:

• Experience in housing maintenance/repair

Essential:

• You will receive a company vehicle for commuting and business purpose – Full UK driving license required.
• The candidate will be expected to cover call out as part of a rota
• MOD security clearance will be required

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Void Work, Project Work & Reactive Maintenance in properties on MOD sites in the Catterick area.
• 24 hours call out rota subject to client’s requirements

Hours: 40 hours each week Monday to Friday, with a hour unpaid lunch break.
