The Role:

Plant Fitter

• The Plant Fitter will be based in the plant in Yorkshire, however, may have to attend other plants.

• Working for this market leading manufacturer of building products you will specialise in Ready Mix.

• Supporting the Plant Manager on the day to day running of the plant.

• Promoting and complying with Company Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.

• Responsibility for ensuring the equipment is working to produce the ready-mix products.

• Ensuring timely delivery of raw materials.

The Ideal Person:

Plant Fitter

• You will have experience working in a Concrete, Ready Mix plant or a similar production environment.

• The successful candidate should be self-motivated, responsible and have excellent inter-personal skills.

• Flexibility and initiative are essential for this demanding and rewarding position.

• A good level of physical fitness.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with the Plant Manager.

• Commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
