Ideal location: East Midlands Remuneration: £50,000 – £65,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Benefits: Car Allowance & Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of Project Manager – Fit-Out will involve:

• Project Manager position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects for the private education sector
• Taking briefs from clients, producing specifications, generating & following up quotations
• Carrying out site surveys
• Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Liaising with the design team and amending quotes as design changes
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
• Producing H&S documents for new projects
• Co-ordinate and plan the site, managing the programme all the way through to competition
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Working on projects ranging in value from £50k to £500k
• Will be required to travel to site when required
• 70% office based, 30% site based

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Fit-Out with

• Must have project management experience, ideally will be from a fit-out / soft interiors refurbishments / house builder / developer / modular building / furniture market sector
• Must have excellent IT skills
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communicator written and verbally
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
