We are working with an award-winning, regional firm who are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their busy property division based across Lancashire & South Cumbria.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior Real Estate lawyer to be part of a Legal 500 recommended real estate team.

The Role:

Real Estate Solicitor with market leading firm
Legal 500 recommended property team- the property team cover acquisitions & sales, development, agricultural property and commercial leases.
The team work with clients all across the North of England, including industrial estates, commercial developments, investments & residential developments.
You will be working with an enviable client base which includes; private individuals, regional and national housebuilders, local authorities and public sector bodies, hotel chains, commercial developers, construction companies, landed estates, retailers and restaurants.

Candidate Requirements:

Junior Real Estate Solicitor- 1+PQE
Excellent client service skills- ability to work with a wide range of clients
Strong networker
Passionate about commercial property law
Able to work autonomously and also within a team
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
