The Role – What will you be doing?

Headhunting candidates from a variety of sources including company CRM, job boards, LinkedIn and a variety of other social media and online platforms.

Applying yourself daily, showing a great attitude, aptitude & drive

Leading the way with call volume & workload

– Striving to be top of that activity stats list – each and every day

Demonstrating resilience because things go wrong every day. YES! DAILY!

– Candidates’ grandmas will die, clients will pull jobs or hire direct candidates, cars will break down, people will just not turn up for their interview. It happens, but how you deal with it will shape you.

What we need from you

There’s no real qualifications required to being a Construction Recruitment Resourcer.

What we’re looking for is one person who genuinely wants to:

– grab a new challenge

– give themselves true control over their future

– give themselves tur control over their earning potential

– be incredibly determined and work hard – recruitment isn’t easy.

That One Person will continuously demonstrate

– a deep routed sense of motivation & ambition

– a willingness to put in the time for that extra call/that extra email

– an ability to soak up knowledge & skills from their leaders

– a true want to achieve

– a want to win

– a drive to beat every other recruitment business to that one candidate that is right for our role- each and every time
