Our client an International removals company are looking to appoint a Relocation Coordinator for their team based in Suffolk.

As the Relocation Coordinator, your role will be to act as the main point of contact for customers, booking services, calculating then preparing quotes and following up with all enquiries.On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with Operations, Partners and Suppliers regarding the movement of items within the UK and overseas.Other duties of the Relocation Coordinator:

• Focussing on the international aspects of movements (Import, Export and European) but occasionally dealing with UK movements
• Deal with customs clearances, insurance forms, international border control and invoices for works
• Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, dealing with emails etc

The successful Relocation Coordinator will have experience working in Removals / Transport / Logistics / Shipping / Freight (Imports / Exports), as well as experience working in the Property or Construction industries.We are keen to speak with self-motivated candidates who have excellent communication and customer service skills.Experience required:

• Must be able to speak and write English
• Good computer skills – strong knowledge on Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel etc)
