An exciting new position has become available with a fast-growing construction company, who is seeking a Repairs Planner to join their small and friendly team.

The ideal candidate will assist with management and planning of all jobs with the organisation and must have experience in construction building or social housing. This is a full-time Monday-Friday permanent role.

Duties:

• Calling tenants to book appointments
• Keeping track of jobs and work status
• Managing client complaints regarding booked jobs
• Updating records, databases and calendars after appointments have been made or met
• Managing jobs across business with Easybop
• Admin for contractors and suppliers

Person spec:

• Driven and disciplined
• Good customer service skills
• Good organisation skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction building or social housing
