• Experienced in construction as a resident liaison officer

• Looking for work in the North West

• Comfortable with speaking to tenants and solving problems

The Role

The Tenant Liaison Officer will:

• Liaise with stakeholders on site

• Inform tenants on timescales of work

• Organise any temporary moves for tenants if needed

• Report to the Site Manager and ensure problems are kept to a minimum

• IT and admin tasks such as emails, and updated plans

• Work is on high-rise residential schemes for EWI and fire protection work
