The Role of the Sales Assessor:

• The main element of the role as the new Sales Assessor is to assess patients so that they have right equipment for their needs. This is to assess and sell seating, slings, showering and toilet products.

• Selling and assessing into the NHS, Community, Special Schools, Nursing and Care Homes, Private Homes and a lot of communicating and softly selling to Occupational Therapists and Physio Therapists.

• Company activity expectation is 10 assessments per week.

• 50% of this role will be account management whilst maintaining and developing current and new accounts.

• This role does involve face to face customer visits.

• Diary and calendar will be managed for you by head office to allow you to maximise your time with appointments

• Order value can be anywhere from £3k-£7k per unit but you will be responsible for accounts worth £100k PY.

• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

The Ideal Person for the Sales Assessor:

• Applicants must live in Worcester.

• The ideal candidate must hold company values – Empathy, Respect, Integrity, Ethical.

• You must have knowledge, experience or an understand of patient handling.

• Experience or knowledge in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, ambulance service or patient movement.

• Must have life experience – hold resilience

• You must have a will to win attitude, you are in charge of your own money – the more you put in the more you will get out. Earning potential could be huge.

• Be able to work independently, work hard and be rewarded for hard work, want to make a difference to the quality of someone’s life, want to bring new ideas to the table.

• An understanding of care homes/hospitals would be an advantage, will have used a CRM system. ideally degree educated.

• MUST be physically fit.
