Office based: Reading

Remuneration: £30,000 + bonus dependant on performance, between £6,000 – £40,000+Benefits: Car Allowance & Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of the Sales Executive – Aluminium & uPVC Windows will involve:

• Sales Executive position selling a comprehensive range of high quality aluminium windows, uPVC windows, bi-folding doors, sliding doors, entrance doors and glass roofing systems
• Selling to architects, contractors, developers, building contractors, designers, trade and end users
• Office based role however you’ll be required to conduct 2/3 site visits/appointments a week
• Handling inbound enquiries via telephone, web chat and email
• Develop a clear understanding of the customers’ requirements to provide the correct product advise
• Conducting consultations with architects and contractors to draft designs of the project to suit the customers’ requirements
• Maintaining existing relationships whilst developing and nurturing new, business relations
• Liaising with the customer throughout the whole process, providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
• Targeted to bring in £100k worth of sales a month
• Average order value is circa £10,500, however this can vary

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Executive – Aluminium & uPVC Windows with:

• Must have 2 years sales experience within the windows OR glazing market sector
• Must have a solid product knowledge of windows and doors
• Strong relationship building ability
• Brilliant customer service skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Strong, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hard working, organised, results orientated and driven to succeed
• Personable, friendly demeanour
• Must have a full UK driving license
