Job Title: Sales Manager – Insulation & Building Products

Industry Sector: Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Building Products, Insulation, Renders, Mortar, Internal Building Products, Building Materials, Builders Merchants, Distributions, Specifiers, Architects, Contractors, Social Housing, Developers

Area to be covered: UK predominantly North & Midlands however will be National travel

Remuneration: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) + profit share bonus Benefits: negotiable car allowance & benefits packagesThe role of the Sales Manager – Insulation & Building Products will involve:

• Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of internal insulation systems
• Majority of your time will be spent selling / managing key builders merchants & stockist accounts with the likes of: Travis Perkins, MKM, Buildbase & Jewson
• The remaining portion with be spend selling to developers, architects, specifiers and constrictors
• All back sold through the distribution channels
• Target will be determined based on your experience
• Covering the UK however will spend most of your time working remotely from teams & telephone

The ideal applicant will be Sales Manager – Insulation & Building Products with:

• Must have field sales experience in the construction industry
• Ideally from a insulation background however would consider other building products
• Ideally back sold through stockist & merchants such as: Travis Perkins, MKM & Jewson
• Would consider a contractors & specifier route to market
• Work as part of a close knit committed and dedicated team
