Remuneration: £23,000 – £30,000 Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Packages

The role of the Sales Support – Heating Services will involve:

• Sales Support role assisting the sales team with the promotion of various industrial and commercial heating services such as: installation, repairs and maintenance
• Dealing with FM companies and sub-contractors
• Responsible for producing quotations and service contracts efficiently
• Following up on quotations, maximising conversion rate
• Managing a mailbox full of quotes and creating compilations of them
• Cold calling
• Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Taking responsibility for all administrative duties
• You’ll be measured on quote conversion and keeping quote mailbox as low as possible

The ideal applicant will be Sales Support – Heating Services with:

• Previous experience within an administrative OR customer service role previously is highly beneficial
• Open to someone within the industry who’s looking to get off the tools
• Must be driven, hungry, self-motivated with a keen willingness to learn
• Must be flexible and adaptable
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail ability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer focused and orientated
• Organised with good time management skills
