Remuneration: £35,000 – £45,000negBenefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Scheduling Manager – Doors & Doorsets will involve:

• Scheduling Manager/Scheduler position dealing with a high end manufactured range of fire door sets, fire doors and sound proof doors
• Predominantly dealing with main contractors and sub-contractors for the residential market sector

• Implementing, managing and maintaining doorset solutions in line with client requirements
• Establishing and managing document control process
• Liaising with internal and external stake holders to ensure that project schedules are update and effectively communicated
• Supporting the procurement process with accurate project information
• Liaising with the Production Team on project requirements and timescales
• Prioritise own workload to ensure customers’ deadlines are met
• Ability to resolve technical issues for internal and external stakeholders

The ideal applicant will be a Scheduling Manager – Doors & Doorsets with:

• Must have a proven track record as a Scheduler / Scheduling manager within the construction manufacturing market sector
• Ideally will have dealt with doors, doorsets, fire doors, furniture, panelling, fenestration, joinery etc
• Must have excellent Excel skills with the ability to produce VLOOKUPs etc
• Must be a great team player
• Ideally will have AutoCAD experience
• The ability to read technical drawings
• Must be a hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in
• High levels of organisation
• Ambitious individual who wants to build a career
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
