Our client, a multi-disciplinary award-winning Architectural Practice based in Central Nottingham are currently seeking a Senior Architect to assist on the management of their growing workload. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-versed Architect to develop their career within a progressive company. This position holds prospects for development to an Associate position once skills and ability of a high level have been proven.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a Senior Architect to take on a new challenge with strong potential for development to an extremely important part of the day to day running of their Nottingham office as an Associate.

Senior Architect Position Overview

• Working on a variety of large-scale jobs
• Managing a team of Architects, Technologists and Assistants
• Review AutoCAD and Revit drawings
• Manage projects from RIBA stages 0-7
• Oversee numerous projects and members of staff at once
• Work within a multidisciplinary team
• Client facing

Senior Architect Position Requirements

• Within a commutable distance of central Nottingham
• Relevant qualification required i.e. Part I/II/III, ARB, RIBA
• Currently in a similar position or prepared to make a step up
• Experience running projects
• A background working on large scale projects i.e. £10m to £60m
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
• Exposure to RIBA stages 0-7

Senior Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive Salary (£42,000 – £55,000+ DOE)
• Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays
