Are you interested in working for one of the largest Main Contractors in the UK who are at the forefront of H&S and Construction Technology?
We’re looking for a Senior Site Manager like you who wants to progress their career and work on some of the most exciting projects the region has to offer.
In this business, you will not be limited to working within a specific sector or limited on the value of work. Working on projects up to £100m in value, this business works in both private and public sector to a 25/75 split. The current workload covers Education, Universities, Healthcare, Local Authority & Private Resi. With a strong pipeline of work through to 2024, you’d be joining on the back of a record year for group profits and for one of the £3b turnover group’s strongest regions.
As the Senior Site Manager, you’ll work as to the PM. Your first project will be a £30m refurbishment of an old retail store into university lecturing theatres. We’re not too fussed on which sectors of buildings you’ve worked on in the past, however, you’ll need experience as a Site/Senior Site Manager working for a main contractor previously. Following this project, there is plenty on offer in terms of progression to either move onto bigger jobs in site management or step into more senior positions.
With this being a top 5 UK contractor, professional accreditation and training on construction tech such as BIM is on offer. In addition to training to push your career forward, a client satisfaction based bonus is included that can help you put those extra presents under the tree at Christmas. You’ll also receive a car or car allowance, 25 days holiday, healthcare and life assurance.
What are you waiting for? If you’d like to know more about this position then feel free to drop a CV over or drop a line for more information. We’ll look forward to hearing from you.
