Services and Installation Co-Ordinator Wigan £22,000 – £26,000 per annum Your new companyYour new employer has been established for over 20 years and have grown from strength to strength over that time. Today the team comprises 70 experienced operators in their field and a head office in Wigan with 12 office based employees. Your new roleYour new position as Services and Installation Co-Ordinator will be an interesting and varied role and duties will include purchasing including- obtaining quotes where required from the estimators; sourcing parts from best supplier based on lead time and price; creating purchase orders for service, custodial and aiding with project orders and advising departments of the lead times Returns – Faulty and incorrect parts return process and documented. Receiving goods in including logging on construction manager and advising the relevant departments and marking goods with the relevant job number ready for action. Covering the phones and deliveries in the office with all other staff. Maintaining and co-ordinating the calibration/asset register including adding new assets where necessary and marking accordingly. Arranging calibration of the electrical kit. Aiding harness calibration where necessary. General admin where needed including stationary orders for the office and engineers, collating files for management and ordering items such as skips for the office Co-ordinating the fleet in terms of aiding drivers with booking service and updating the labour calendar; sending out van checks. Issuing fortnightly tracker reports to drivers and chasing late replies. Checking details for queries and then forwarding to accounts to action private mileage. Booking travel and accommodation for engineers for projects, service and roller shutters including looking for best rates and parking availability. Maintaining the quote log and adding the folders to construction manager for information. Liaising with accounts in regards to invoice queries and advising of any delivery issues. Covering the service inbox when required and also when busy including calling engineers about job or updates.Creating M Jobs on Construction Manager for callouts and for services including roller shuttersWhat you’ll need to succeedYou will have experience within an office based customer service role, comfortable liaising at all levels and working on your own initiative. You will be happy scheduling appointments and installations and will have at least an intermediate level of excel.What you’ll get in return20 days holiday plus bank holidays with 1 day accrued for every full year worked up to a max of 5 days. Standard company pension, Working hours – 39 per week Mon-Thur 8-5 and Friday 8-4 all with an hour lunch.
