• Experienced Site Manager working on high-rise residential schemes

• Looking for work in the North West

• SMSTS, first aid and CSCS qualified

The Role

The Site Manager will:

• Manage and oversee the refurbishment of EWI and fire door work

• Manage subcontractors and direct labour

• Carry out site inductions and ensure health and safety policies are followed

• Complete progress reports for the client and senior management team

• Attend and lead client meetings/site meetings

• Work is on high-rise residential schemes for EWI and fire protection work
