Are you a Site Manager, with experience in High End Residential Projects?

My client are looking for a Site Manager to lead a Dutch Barn Conversion in the Cheltenham area on a full time and permanent basis.

Our client are a highly successful building company who have completed a high volume of residential works for private clients around Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, they have a close knit team of experienced Site Managers and Assistants and are looking to expand their current staffing force due to an influx of new projects.

As Site Manager on this project we would prefer you to have experience in running private jobs, demolition works and a huge bonus if you have experience with Barn Conversions.

Responsibilities below;

• Take the lead on the construction project, managing all aspects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the work of subcontractors and other members of the construction team.
• Ensure the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards through effective planning and coordination of all project activities.
• Act as a role model for safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action as necessary to ensure completion on time, within budget and according to project specifications.
• Maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures.

This is a permanent position, employed directly with the company. Working hours are 7.30am-4.30pm and salary is between £40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience, plus car or car allowance and bonus.
