It is based around residential properties and new builds but also commercial included. The company prides itself on providing work or project development in any situation. The company primarily being based in Hertfordshire.

Working as site Manager daily duties include-

-Being able to discuss and co-ordinate with other staff members to gain any information that may be required to complete the job role to a sufficient standard wile also planning and making the relevant decisions to plan the programme of work.

-Ensuring that safety standards are met and that each team member is protected under your supervision and care so the job can be completed in a time efficient manner.

-Making sure that products are being purchased on time to keep a smooth-running environment with identifying and sourcing the right materials.

-Maintaining and upholding quality with following the procedures ensuring good quality of work is being completed

Working as a Site Manager will mean you have good knowledge of technology in multiple types of jobs including SMSTS or MAPS that can be demonstrated within your work. A confident level of English, Italian is a bonus! They are looking for someone trustworthy that can raise if there is an issue and even help resolve the issue if they are able to being a good team leader. Small areas of work you feel that you may be slightly lacking can be learned and developed if needed. Overall, the company is looking for someone who works well in a team being confident enough with your experience to run and create a positive can-do environment.
