Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonuses (once pipeline starts coming through will be on £70,000+)

Benefits: hybrid / electric company car & full benefits packageThe role of the Specification Sales Manager – Bathroom Products will involve:

• Specification sales position promoting a range of bathroom products such as: baths, basins, furniture, showers, taps, sinks, urinals and accessories
• All of your time will be spent generating specification sales architects, interior designers and end users such as: McDonalds, Greggs and Lloyds Bank
• Woking on projects varying in size between £10k-£1m depending on size and scope
• Will be expected to turnover between £1.2m-£1.5m within 3 years
• Various on-going projects so plenty in the pipeline
• Covering the whole of the South East and inside the M25

The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager – Bathroom Products with:

• Must have specification sales experience in the construction industry
• Must have tons on energy, hunger and drive
• Open on what products you’ve sold
• Would consider KBB, plumbing & heating, electrical, interior building products etc
• Must be able to sell a technical solution
• Tenacious attitude
• New business hunter as well as account management
