Location: South West Remuneration: £50,000Benefits: Hybrid car or car allowance (£575 per month) & full benefits packageThe role of the Technical Manager – Roofing & Cladding will involve:

• Technical Manager position dealing with a high quality range of fixings for roofing & cladding systems
• Overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of technological systems
• Project manage all new product range launches alongside the Sales Director
• Coordinate regular testing of products to address faults, and provide evaluations in order to improve them
• Deal with technically enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Manage training programmes to familiarise sales team with technicalities of product range
• Develop and update documentation for new and existing product ranges

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Manager – Roofing & Cladding with:

• Must have roofing and cladding experience
• Must possess a good technical understanding of fixing systems for the roofing and cladding market sector
• Familiar with industry standards and legislations
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Team player
• IT literate
• Hardworking and resilient
