My client a leading Glass Installation and Maintenance contractor are expanding their team and are looking for 2 Works Administrators

You will be supporting the team on jobs ranging from £2,000 to £millions

Responsibilities include:-

• Attending Site visits
• Doing Site surveys
• Pricing, Maintenance and project specs
• Client facing responsibilities
• RAMS documentation
• Procurement schedules
• Planning equipment and machinery
• Project reporting
• Admin duties
• Booking in works with client and contractors
• Arranging access so the work can be done
• Very good communication skills
• Computer Literate

Ideally looking for someone who has some facilities management or a Construction background

This job is office based 5 days a week
